Job Summary

The University of Michigan's Center for Global Health Equity was launched by a catalytic gift from Dr. Tachi and Leslie Yamada, and was generously matched by the University. The Center brings together faculty and students from across the U-M community, leveraging expertise from multiple disciplines in pursuit of novel solutions to global health challenges that can positively impact individuals in low-resource settings.

The Center for Global Health Equity (CGHE) is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Intermediate Manager to design and manage the Policy, Partnerships, and Innovation Program at CGHE, supporting the development and implementation of Data and AI-driven health initiatives in collaboration with internal and external partners. Key tasks include building and maintaining strategic internal and external partnerships, serving as staff support for the development of policy strategies and research proposals and establishing governance and regulatory challenges at the intersection of technology and global health.  Foster cross-disciplinary community through workshops, outreach, and communications. These responsibilities require skillful coordination, organization, and engagement with external and internal partners.

Working under the direction of the Center's Director and Associate Director and supervised by the Managing Director, the Project Intermediate Manager will support and lead efforts to design, develop, and evaluate educational programs collaboratively with U-M faculty, international partners, and external stakeholders. There will be a strong emphasis on developing, implementing, and reporting metrics and tactics that measure the direct impact of these initiatives on the world's most vulnerable populations.
